Hi Team,
I placed order on 13-Sep-20, Order Number: ROY0068194. Delivery date was promised for 30-Sep-20. Item is not delivered yet, no one is replying for status update.
I am still waiting for product delivery. Online tracking is showing only single status “Order Received” since very first day. I also communicated with RoyalOak over WhatsApp number, every day same reply “we are checking with warehouse, will get back to you” – Noted.. That’s it, no any other update.
Can you please tell me, when my order will be delivered to me ?
1. Why are you keeping people in so much wait? Even after 1 month, unable to get order.
2. Why are you breaking people’s trust on online furniture order?
3. Why are you behaving like a cheap street vendor shop who don’t know the meaning of commitment values and protocol ?
4. My regret, why I ordered. I should have visited to some good shop and would have got quickly.
5. Despite so many request to arrange a callback, no one is arranging callback.
6. WhatsApp customer care is worst. Either no one replies there or just few pet bad words “We are checking, will come back to you”, Now no one will come back. Next day same cycle.
7. Please don’t make fun of customers, I am in need of that furniture. Simply if you cannot delivery it, please refund back the money in timely manner, why to keep someone in wait. Other person is waiting for it for some need.
8. Funny part is; Today RoyalOak website is accepting order for same product and expected delivery is 6th October 2020. Means, you haven’t served existing orders and accepting new orders- Wao Great E-Commerce business to play with customers.
Please do something.
