Respected sir / madam,
I am Mohamadsaleem Gudgeri residing at Sa-4 Shakuntala Apts, First Floor, Near Ganesh temple, New Vaddem Goa.
On 06th October 2022, I had placed an order. order no.[protected] for Royaloak Muar Malaysia LCD stand (TV[protected] through online Royaloak site. Payment is done through Razorpay and Amount is debited from my RBL credit card of Rs.11, 999.42.
The product was Estimated to delivered by 20th October to my above address. But when I enquired about the product through their website customer service number ([protected]) they informed me that due to some transport issue the product will be delivered to me by 25th October 2022. Again it was not delivered.
When I called customer care on 25 th October 2022, they told me it will be further delayed one week, I contacted Royaloak Operation Manager of Banglore Mr.Praveen ([protected]) he told me that product had reached Goa and somehow it got damaged in Goa. I was shocked because I am continuesly calling customer care till 25 October 2022 the product was not dispatched only from Bangalore warehouse. But Mr. Praveen is telling it got damaged in transportation.
Now Mr. Praveen operation Manager Banglore informed me that it will take again more week to delivered. Time period is already completed but there is no Update of product.
I had thought Royaloak is genuine site for placing an order for furniture. Because they are linked with Amazon and Flipkart. I was about to place order through Amazon but bimistakely I placed order through their website and now I am helpless.
Customer care kept my contact number on Busy mode. Everyday m calling 15/20 times but they always keep my number online and it disconnected automatically.
Sir I am requesting you to help me out. Because I have already paid the amount through my credit card. EMI already started for the said product from my account.
If possible get my product delivered on my above address or Refund on my same RBL credit card.
I am attaching my payment slips, I'd cards, order invoice and photo of Royaloak operation Manager Banglore.
Please do needful. It will be highly appreciated.
