[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Non delivery of product, purchased online

Hi,
I have purchased a product on 18th Oct 2020, date of delivery on or before 1st Nov. Collected one number [protected] from company website only for whatsapp. But nobody even bother to response.

Collected another number on 28th October from website ( west bengal ware house [protected]), he assured me will be delivered within 2-3 days. Now he is not receiving my call at all.
I am now really confused whether it is a fake online store or not. Please arrange for delivery for the following order or refund the amount cancelling my order.

Also note that, yesterday I called customer care number[protected], provided another mobile number, after a long try once he received, told he is a sales guy, not responsible for delivery. Really pathetic, as I am begging for my product.

Finally it got delivered just now. Not sure about the quality of product. Thanks to this Forum.

RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by cbhunia got a call and then again fake assurance, will be delivered on next day (Ref attached image) but yet no call from delivery team.
