On 28th May 21, We made online order of Royaloak Nario Boss Table - 1.8M with full online payment done. It was showing the delivery date of 12th Jun 2021. Other order details are as following. ROY No: ROY00108056 Order Date:[protected]:14:52 Order Amount: 19990.00 Expected Delivery Date:[protected] Order Status: Order Received Product Code: OF[protected].8 Product Name: Royaloak Nario Boss Table - 1.8M in Melamine Finish Product Quantity: 1 Delivery Date:[protected] From the day1 order has remained in Received status and all attempts to contact the company have not worked. At call center we have been promised many times that someone will call today but no luck. On whatsapp also its just empty words. Meanwhile its already very late and i have to spend money on buying the same item again. It looks like I have wasted money also, not got the item also and now i have to waste so much time going thru this painful experience. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After a long no of repeated and dogged followups on phones and whatsapp, we finally received the furniture about 2 months late from the original delivery date.
By the time we had bought replacement furniture. So we ended up with some extra unrequired furniture and a bad taste in our mouth.
