[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — order misplaced. no response on complaints. | |||
It's going to be a long email. Whoever reads it, i request you to read it until the end. I don't give a damn if you take some action on this but you should know how pathetic and irresponsible is your service towards a customer! I'm never ever coming back to your store again. I have no idea where to even start. I had high hopes for royal oak and wanted to procure some furniture for my wedding. I placed an order on march 22nd in the royal oak bannerghatta showroom (Invoice number: [protected]). Invoice number: [protected] Invoice date: 26 mar 2019 Order number: [protected] Customer code: rms219938 Audi dining chair: One of the products was a dining table which they said it's out of stock and asked me to choose a different table. It's practical and i picked one. While picking i asked them multiple times that will this be delivered without any issues for which they said "yes, sir. Absolutely". When the delivery call came in they said that only 2 chairs are available and i'll have to wait for the other two. I asked them a date for which they said it's not sure. What kind of irresponsible reply is "not sure"? After 4 times visiting the store and calling customer service they agreed to deliver it. Now one of the 4 chairs that got delivered is from a different model! (Image attached) how stupid is that? Didn't the delivery manager check it? Didn't the warehouse manager check it? Didn't the installation guy raise it? Not even one person had the common sense to check this mixup? How negligent can your delivery team be? I had made complaints of this multiple times. The guy in the store manas said that i'll have to call customer care and raise a complaint and give him the complaint id so he can process it. Was it my problem that it got mixed up? Was it my problem that no one checked this issue until i reported it? Aletta side table: There was a bedside table in the same order. You should see the condition of the product. (Images attached) the back of the table is broken and someone has put a tape to stick it together. There are scratch marks all over the product. The handles are bruised. Can the customer be so stupid to ignore all these? Didn't i pay the whole amount for the product? Or was it a gift to me that i should ignore all these issues? Between all these chaos, there were 2 other products (Shoe rack and dining table) which had issues/ wrong items delivered which i didn't even mention. You don't trust me? Call manas from bannerghatta showroom and check for yourself. I'm not sure if i'll get my products replaced or someone will even reply to this email. Or maybe just because you got your money that you'll not care anymore. I hate going back to the store/customer care to fight regarding this. I hate it.
