I have purchased Atlanta American power recliner 3 s on 22nd September and delivered on 27th sep, due to the size issue the transport person claimed that he can fit the sofa into the service lift and request to unpack the sofa to fit into the service lift, with no choice left he unpacked and delivered with the bubble wrapped item. The complaint are listed below,
1, all the package materials were taken back by transport person without our permission
2, when installation team came in next day they spotted power cable, connecting wire and manual are missing
I really suspect whether they delivered the new item if so where was the quality check happen to confirm all the items were in the package, despite of complaint made throught customer care, service head no response with resolution time. Hence bringing this matter to customer complaint.
