[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Product delivery delay And No proper response from the store at Salem tamilnadu.

My booked product was delayed, and it’s ok. It’s understandable in this time of pandemic and transport issues.
But there was no proper response from the royaloak store, salem district,
Tamilnadu. My product was booked and it was more than a month, the people from the store did not even picup the call,
I finally contacted the store manager “Samsudeen” and understood why there was no response. He was such an irresponsible person, who doesn’t even have the knowledge about the products in his store. He also did not respond me properly when I reached the outlet. He “Samsudeen” the store manager is a kind of person who doesn’t fit for the position as a manager. Even the sales people were in a good communication with the customers.

The manager “Samsudeen” did not even know how to communicate properly with the customers. The sales men at the sales outlet of royaloak are more capable and efficient and knowledgeable then the manager of that store.

I had no choice, but cancel my order. Just because I had no proper response.

I did not yet receive my refund Sir/Mam.

The outlet manager contacted me and apologised. Im marking this complaint resolved.
But please make sure I get my refund early as possible.
