[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Product not delivered and Delayed, No communication
I ordered a queen-size bed on 18th Oct from the online portal of Royaloak furniture by making the full payment online. The expected date of the delivery mentioned at the time of placing the order was 1st of Nov and the installation was supposed to be done in the next 72 hours.
At the time of writing this, it's the 11th of Nov and I haven't heard a single update on the delivery of the product. The WhatsApp support number ([protected]) responded once and have been ignoring the message ever since. It's been more than a week delayed.
The product does not allow cancellation. I have requested the cancellation, upon the delay, to the support team but they have not even bothered to respond.
Haven't received a single communication in this regard since the order was placed. I want the order to be canceled and a full refund to be initiated as soon as possible. I do not want the product and have arranged for it elsewhere.
