I went to you bloody shop that is located in Kumananchavadi on 22nd Dec 2021 to buy two office chairs and placed order for the same. I received the products on 27th Dec 2021 in which one chair was damaged. U my self and the installation person also raised the complaint to the store manager, in between I have been to the shop for more than 3 time to know the status of my damaged product. The store manager and the sales person who is working in your shop doesn’t care about how many time the customer is visiting and they don’t have patience to answer the customer and both the sales manager and sales person who are working there are big liars. I have also called close to 50 calls both to the manger and the sales person and they never answered my calls. Finally I got the product today which was a show piece that was kept in shop. Why the hell I need to pay for the chair that was a show piece and 100s of people have tested ? I am now going to take this to the next level and deal it legally and lodge a complaint in consumer court. I am not fool and not a uneducated guy to be silent any more.
