We recently purchased 3seater recliner.The qulaity of product is very much different from what we have seen in the showroom.we raised a complaint immediately to the customer care. After multiple followers the technician visted us and confirmed that we have received a defective product. We have been asking for a replacement from that day.But ther was no proper response from 20days.

I purchased a wardrobe from Royaloak online in first week of February. ROY0013542 5c512aae3dc40.
The wardrobe got delivered with a damaged mirror . Subsequently I was asked to replace the mirror arranging my own carpenter. I was told that the repair charges will be reimbursed on producing the bill from the carpenter. As advised by them I got the replacement done and it’s more than 3 weeks and no refund has come and the team has stopped responding to any of my calls and messages . I have sent 3 or 4 mails to the team and there is no reply for any of my mails . This is such an unprofessional team and I would advise the customers not to go for their products at all as they don’t keep up their words and absolutely rotten customer care
