I am udaya Phani Kumar from Hyderabad. I purchased an "Royaloak Marshal Three Seater Manual Recliner in Air Leather"( product id : SF701012MR-3) from your royaloakindia.com website using bajaj emi card in august and it is supposed to install by 7th sep. I got call from Royaloak team on 11th saying they can not deliver the order so asked them to can cancel my order and refund the amount or roll back order so that bajaj will not charge me emi. I am keep on calling this people to rufund/Rollback of total order but to action from them.. I have mails and all details related to this any one help me one this...
