[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Regarding incompatibility and poor stitch of leather

We have purchased the 3+2 leather recliners (Morris recliner) order no SQ[protected], with the cost of 1, 25, 000 with utmost passion from royal Oak kadubeesanahalli 560037 banglore. On 9/21/2021
But due to incompatiblity in seating in the sofa we experienced severe back pain, neck pain and head pain and complained of it on the fourth day after installation due to unresisting pain we complained in the office where we purchased, they told that they will talk to the authority and reply back but no action has been taken
Look we Invest for comfort but siting in them is torture for us .managment please kindly consider our problem,
Also very poor stiching the pealing of the leather is observedThe pealing and rupture details I have attached
Kindly consider the points, as the back pain is more and unable to resist and the tear investing 1, 25, 000 and facing lot of problem
