[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — #roy00104622 | |||
I had placed the order for a dinning table #ROY00104622: Rs85k on May15th. It was supposed to be delivered by 28th May, I didn’t receive it on 28th so when I contacted the customer care, after multiple calls it was informed that the product will be delivered by 5th June, today it’s 12th June and the product is not delivered and nobody from Royal Oak are picking our calls and not responding to messages/emails. I have seen hundreds of such complaints online on Royal Oak. This looks like some online scam/fraud. Is This has to be reported to cyber crime department ? Was this information helpful? | |||
