[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — ROY0098382/ 385 Refund | |||
Its been weeks since I have been following up with the customer care of Royaloak for the refund of the RoyaloakHomez Valka Study Desk with drawer that I purchased via order number 606580fde998 for Rs.14, 990/- on 1st of April 2021. The table was found to not be as advertised on their website. I was told they would refund the amount and it was organised to be picked up. Its now been almost 2 months. All documents have been sent to them by whatsapp as well as email. There is not even the courtesy to respond to any of my communication and to advise me when the amount due to me will be refunded.
