THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...MY EXPERINECE WITH ROYAL OAK ONLINE PURCHASE..PLS DONT PURCHASE AS THEY SAY ITS PURCHASED FROM ONLINE AND WE CANNOT DO MUCH...AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS ...NOBODY LIFTS The worst customer service ever...My Order number is ROY00103982, i booked the king size solid wood bed for my parents on May 12. The product was supposed to be delivered by May27th, and got delivered on June 14th. Till now the product is not installed...Probems... Delivery: In the name of lockdown they are bluffing that order could not be delivred in time...Pls understand that commodity movement is allowed during lockdown and all citizens know this...Finally after manking many calls the product was delivered on June14th...The product was to be deilvered on First floor...the delivery person did it on ground floor when we specifically said its first floor of independent house...It was supposed to be FREE delivery but the erson charged me 800 INR. Installation: This part sucks...the product was left out and its been raining...now they say due to weight they cannot take it to first floor...the installation person came with a kid (age between 11-13 years) for installation...its been 3 days and bed is not installed...The bed is stuck in the middle and lot of scratches are on the back of the board while taking it up... Sep 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After lot of painstaking efforts the issue is resolved but still Royaloak has to work on overall service and, online and in store purchases should be treated the same RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
