[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — royal oak - pathetic service and response...!!

I have booked for king size cot and have been trying to reach/follow up for delivery, taking my old cot, installation.
The response has been very pathetic. Phone rings but nobody pick it up. Would have tried around 50-60 times.. Where is the customer service here, very low level professionalism shown.

Further i will not refer royal oak to anyone and will also share my experience to necessary people in social media.
I request senior management to seriously look into this and keep up to royal oak brand and expectations.
Really very dissatisfied with the service.
