We've placed an order for 'royaloak trissino three seater sofa in rich fabric' on 11th of may. Upon order confirmation you've promised to deliver the item on the 26th of may. However, we are yet to receive any notification pertaining to this order. We pinged you guys on the whatsapp number there was no response, after a huge struggle i spoke to one of your representatives named saravanan over the phone on 23rd may morning, he stated that he will get back to me before 13.30 with an update on the order. We are yet to hear from him, it is quiet surprising that you guys are yet to share any information about the order. Requesting you guys to share an update at earliest. I've attached the order status update that i've procured from your website. I demand a call back in order to explain to me on what's happening with my order.
