I Ordered a Sofa on 2nd of April Which was supposed to be delivered on 08th April, However when I visited the store to inquire about the product, They were not even aware about the product delivery. There was a manager named Gerard who was rude and informed that this can't be delivered today or tomorrow. I asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount, He informed me that refund will take 15 days time and denied service.
I want the amount Paid 700 to be refunded and a compensation of 50000 for the inconvenience caused due to inefficiency of the store staff plus the incompetency of the manager and his rudeness.
Also The bill provided was having incorrect name, When asked to be rectified the Manager (Gerard) Denied.
