[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — table not delivered on prepaid order and no one is reachable in company | |
I ordered a table amount of rs. 5994.50 with order number : roy0038999 on 30th may 2020 since i do work from home during this corona crisis. The order confirmation says the delivery date is 3rd june. But till now i have not received the order. I tried to reach royaloak customer care, email ids, on facebook, twitter multiple times. Their customer care is not reachable and on facebook and website chat team says call on customer care. I have enought wasted my time. There is no acknowledgement or response from company. I feel cheated now. Company is behaving like a thief. Blocking money during this tough time and not delivering item is a devil act. Like me there are many customers who have not received their order. Please take action on this cheater royal oak immediately. Deliver my order or refund my money.

Jun 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The table got delivered yesterday and installed today. The table is freshly made and quality looks good and they have ordered it from Malaysia. The only problem with the company is customer care. If customer care responds and just acknowledge that order will be delayed then customer wont complain. But no response will be suspicious to them. So Improve your customer care response. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

bloody royal oak, you are the number one cheaters. You replaced a defective sofa today an d again you delievered a damaged sofa. attachijng the photos.
instead of delivering a brand new peice, you delievred a used one which is repaired/refurbished one.
1. stiching threads have come out
2. dmamage is clearly seen on the edge.
3. cushion is lose and is clearly seen that its a used peice
4. hand rest cushion is clearly touching the hard wooden peice.
what do you think about the customers, are we fools? how can you deliver a worst piece again? pathetic customer care and number one cheater in the market
I will not pay single EMI also and you can take the sofa back.
