Royaloak Furniture — two door wardrobe received defective and no service for it | |
Bought 2 door wardrobe online from royaloak in the month of july. They took the 100% payment in advance for booking and later received defective wardrobe with bend doors. It's been 1 month continuously chasing royaloak customercare but no service provided for fixing the issue. Now, it has gone to an extent that technical team of royaloak responds in a rude manner stating that this product will be like this only. This shows the arrogance of royaloak.
