RPSC — Application ID not generated and amount deducted ( combined clerk level 2 exam)

I filled RPSC combined clerk level 2 exam form online.I make online payment from SBI online banking. My transaction number is [protected]. But application Id is not generated after payment. As per policy if Application Id is not generated the you will get refund after the last date of from submission. But still i did not receive it. My log for transaction is as follows:- 04-Sep-2013 (04-Sep-2013) TO TRANSFER INB RAJASTHAN PUBLIC SERVICE [protected]IK33412301 TRANSFER TO [protected] RPSC FEES POOLING ACCO 350.00 I tried all the conatct number of rpsc but not getting reply. please help me. Updated by sharmapraveen91 Still I am not getting any response its too late for an online payment gateway. And even by using this forum as well, I am not getting even any acknowledge.
