[Resolved]  RSRTC — not got refund even when the bus was cancelled by rsrtc

I booked the ticket having ticket number[protected]
The rsrtc bus got cancelled and the authorities confirmed that i will get the refund asap.
But even after numerous calls, messages and emails, i got no response from them neither i got the refund.
This is extreme irresponsibility on rsrtc's part.
