Hi sir, i sold my vehicle bajaj pulsar 180cc - ap10am2218 on 25/03/2018 to a dealer from hydris motors. The dealer sold the vehicle but the new owner has still not transferred the ownership of the vehicle on his name. I recently saw that there are three unpaid challans on the vehicle pending. I have raised a complaint on the echallan.org - sold out vehicle section regarding the same. Please seize the vehicle and make the new owner transfer the ownership and pay the challans.
