Rto — challan received without any offense and proof

I received challan from RTO. As per the challan i did offense around 5:30 on 4th June 2018. As per the challan following are the offenses

1. Mandatory traffic signs not observered
2. disobeying police order

offense time is - 17:32:51.804,
offense date is[protected]

However, from morning ~10 AM I was in office and my car is parked in the office parking and not moved out till i am writing this complain.
I could not see any photo graphs or any evidence of this offense.
I think there is some mistake happened and my car number might have given here. Therefore i request to cancel this challan against my name.

resolution i am looking is - challan shall be cancelled
