Rto — driving licence not dispatched after passing 45 days after approval

I have completed driving final test on 19.02.2018 at p. V. D kolkata, west bengal & dl approved on 26.12.2018 & smart card activated on 27.12.2018. But till date i have not received my dl. When i check at website then
The status is showing :application is under processing at rto level. The above mentioned status is showing more than 1 month. Please help me to get my dl.

Error while LL slot booking it showing the message like this" previous flows to be completed for slot booking ". i already paid fees.
pls resolve this problem.(give me a solution).

I have a valid driving license from last 6 years (2013) but when i check my driving license in e driving license portal error is coming not registered. my driving license number is MP09N[protected], Anant Pandey. i want to know why my driving license is not registered till date.
