Vechile number ka 20 d 2542 white swift desire. Was speeding in lanes at 50to60 n honking non stop with no seat belts also hit me on way he got down of the car hit me on my face head hands and also abused me

This car muruti swift silver colour is always parked in front of my shop.Because of this parking i have always had a problem in removing my goods from the shop.I tried to convince this person who's car it belongs to but he never listens.He also abused me and said that you do whatever you want to.
