Currently, it is pending at rto level

Since 2 weeksi am getting message :- application is under processing at rto level

I had submitted a copy of my driving license and doctor's fitness certificate on line for renewal on 18th Sept 2017. Application no. is[protected]
It is still showing under process at RTO Kalamboli Panvel Maharashtra. My DL has been expired on 10.10.17.
please help me in this matter.
