I have given all necessary documents and tests for 4 wheeler driving license but the status is under process at rto level? Why i am suffering from this when i have done all process that gov. Wants? My application no [protected] is pending from 15 days. I have edited my name and uploaded aadhar card for proof. please give any solution to this.
