Rto India — car rc

I applied for rc transfer in rto office mumbai
I purchased old car in october from a mumbai dealer and then i applied for rc transfer
Its been for almost 5 months i haven't received yet
I called them so many times they alway lied that your rc is out of delivery etc.
I'm just so tired of all this please do help.
