Dear sir/madam,
I mr. Ajay kumar who have applied for 2wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at RAICHUR rto & i have passed for mcwg driving test on dt.31.07, 18 but till the date its shows status pending for
01) printing of dl in form 7 &
02) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible.

Kindly refer to the subject cited above. In this connection, I am to inform that my driving licence number is GJ03/051513/05 issued on 01/08/2005. The number is not showing online. My Date of Birth is 09/03/1987. Kindly do needful at the earliest.
