Rto India — dl status pending

I have applied for permanent dl in rto ka-41. I have completed my driving test on 03/12/2018. I checked in parivanah website and still it is showing that "record test result of driving test" as pending... My application number is [protected]. What i have to do now?? Shall i wait longer or not?? How many working days i have to wait exactly, if anyone can inform me?? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have received E-challan of Rs.500/- for non wearing of Helmet on 29th Dec 2018. As per the instructions published in news papers it is applicable since 1st Jan 2019 (still not applicable).

But I have been charged on 29th Dec 2018. Please revoke the echallan
