Dear sir,
I am shivashankarareddy b a, with reference to the above, past 3month back i have submitted the form 29 in electronic city bran (Devarchikkanhalli), but still i haven't received my rc book with correct name which is "shivashankarareddy b a" instead if this they have recorded shivashankar, i excuse the 1stime and i repaid again rs 200 for name correction wit letter i submitted but no use because they're not doing their job properly because i again i received the same in correct rc smart card. Since they are saying will do and blaming us only there is space in the name which i couldn't observe, what ever it there responsibility to enter as it is but they are not accepting their...

Finally i didn't know still how many days they want to correct there records. So kindly i am requesting you to please take action on this and of the needful.
