Rto India — Driving Licence not Delivered - Its been 3 months Now

Respected Sir/Madam, My Driving Licence has got dispatched by speed post on 14.07.2021. Today is 10th October but still I have not received it . Even though it is dispatched there is no speed post tracker Number. I went to my local speed post office but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence. Nov 25, 2021 Updated by Karan Nikam Worst service by RTO, I still did not receive my Driving License. On portal it is still showing license has been dispatched but no tracking ID available.
