Rto India — driving licence to a person with monocular vision reg

I am having problem of monocular vision. Although as per goi letter dtd 21st november 2017 i am entitled to get driving licence, rto bharuch gujarat is not considering my request with a medical ceratificate from private m. S. Ophthalmologist. As per their directives the accept medical certificate from government hospital opthalmologist only. Unable to understand reason for this.

Ashok memorial public school buses always overloaded. Littel children stands in bus and they do not get seat many time because of overload. Kindly take an action on school otherwise it will be dangerous for little kids

In Thane new RTO office, when I came for learning licence Test the agents go inside the test area while a RTO police officer who is inside for verification they allows the agents to came inside . Is that we are fool persons who came and all things legally . Take corrective actions against them .
