Rto India — duplicate dl status pending

Dear sir/madam,
I am mr. Paras kohli i have applied for duplicate driving license, my application no. Is - [protected] at rampura phul rto, dist:-bathinda, punjab
I have completed all processes and submitted my fees and docs in rto office on dated 26th august 2019.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of endorsements on dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)

There is no issue of long lines and air conditioner and fans are not working server are continuously down the are delaying day by day . I request to please action about this process of rto ahmedabad... Please proceed this complain...
