[Resolved] Rto India — duplicate licence is not received from last 2 month

I have applied for Duplicate license for my two wheeler, for which I have completed all the formalities on 19/08/2019.

Till date i have not received my licence . request you take it on priority.

Once i have word with NAVSARI RTO they said if you will put agent stamp then your license will dispatch faster way.

basically they want commission from agent .

Already emailed to helpdesk of sarthi & local rto (navsari) but they are not responding

Step.1 First i have emailed on this [email protected] but they replied with that kindly contact your local RTO. Step 2 .So i emailed on [email protected], [email protected] But they did not respond. Step: 3 i have called on them(NAVSARI RTO) on below number also but that did not reply. Contact number 02673243200 NAVSARI RTO (GUJARAT)

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
