Hello my name is dhyey i am from bharuch and i have a driving license of mcwg... And now i am applying for the learning license of the car lmv.. I uploaded all document successfully and the documents are also saved and accepted by the rto website... But the status of the application form is under scrutiny... So please solve my problem...

I had sent an online request for a duplicate license on[protected]. Application number : [protected]. There has been no movement on the application and it has been in the same status for a long time.
The amount for the same has been paid in full.
