Rto India — ll slot not booking

Dear sir,
I am from hooghly, arambagh wb. Trying to book a slot since the last 1 month.. But every time i get a message showing slot booking is not available for the last 1 month. Please kindly see the matter. But in other states it's filled with scam. People don't have so much time that they will sit in front of the computer day in and day out just to book a driving slot.

I had applied for driving license of vehicle categories are Motorcycle Without Gear and with gear. By mistake, I have done withdrawal of one of the service Motorcycle with gear and I didn't get a refund for it.
Help me, please...
