[Resolved]  Rto India — LL stuck in scrutiny-document verification

Hello, I have applied the upgrade my DL to LMV and Gear Motor cycle.
This is with the Vadodara RTO
However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verification stage (its been more than 3 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesn't change at all.
Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

My learners licence is stuck on the varification of documents and I have submitted the documents 3 weeks ago
The process of LL is on online mode and it is in MADHYAPRADESH INDORE (MP.09)
