Rto India — my application for learner's dl is in scrutiny status since 12th march 2018

My application for learner's driving license is in scrutiny status since 12th march 2018. Application number is[protected] applied to rto pune. All the relevant forms are uploaded to the website. Payment was also done and application was submitted.
What else do i need to do to get a new learner's license?
Can you please let me know if i need to visit rto for this?
