Rto India — my application for renewal of license is delayed by "application is under processing at rto level."

Application number [protected] in gurugram, haryana north. The application is stuck at capture biometrics of applicant under "application is under processing at rto level." - this is pending for more than 48 hours. I wish to know what action i need to take next to renew my driving license. Please guide.

All other actions including payment of fees has been completed.
