Rto India — my dl is printed but not received since 8th aug 2019, rto ka-51 doesn't have any info about my dl

I'm submitting my complaint about negligence of rto ka-51 bangalore.
If the dl is printed then it should reach to my home. It shouldn't take more than 1 month time. Dl printed on 8-8-2019

I went to rto ka-51 devarachikkana halli, but they dl is printed but we don't have any info. You need to pay the fees again to print new dl.
