Rto India — my license status is "printing of dl in form 7 (smart card)" from last 2 weeks

My name is chandrashekhar. I have cleared my driving test for permanent license on 26th december 2019 from bangalore kasturi nagar rto (Ka03). Still now i have not received my license.in sarathi portal the status is "printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)" from last 2 weeks.
