About rto office - bijnor If one officer is on leave, there is no other person to do his work. Applicants have to visit again and again if any officer is on leave. Work stops in absence of one person. I visited from delhi especially for this work but because of one person was not there and no other can handle / not willing to do his work, it remains pending.
