Rto India — non receipt of rc book till date

Dear sir

I have purchased maruti suzuki alto k10 model (Lmv) on 18th january 2018 and was registered with gj05-rc8106 but still i have not received the rc book which the dealers informed us that it should be received by the customer within 90n days of date of purchase.
Kindly resolve the issue as applicable
