[Resolved] Rto India — non receipt of smart card for motor cycle after passing and submission of registration book

I had renewed the certificate of Registration of my Motor cycle no MH 04AK 6121 vide Application no MH181102V0315532 dated 2nd November 2018 from Thane RTO, Maharashtra. Till now I have not received Smart Card. I had checked the status from Thane RTO and got Speed post no EA[protected]IN but no record is available in tracking also it has not returned to RTO as informed by them. please help me to get the smart card. I had paid postal Charge Rs 50/- and Smart Card Fee Rs 200/- vide Payment Transaction no MHY[protected] Application no MH181102V0076600/MH181102C1617831

I need to find out my own no help was provided by registering my complaint. Present system need drastic change RTO authorities need to look in to it how to solve this type of problem.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
