Rto India — non received of rc book | |
Respected sir, On 2nd december 2017, rto, borivali west, 400068, mumbai has sent the rc book by speed post. When i have not received the letter, i made the enquiry at malad west post office, zakeria road, 400064, mumbai. They informed me that they have not received any letter from rto. Malad post office have asked me the speed post no. But rto, borivali is not ready to give me the speed post no. Therefore, i request you to look into the matter.
