Rto India — Not getting online NOC from Sholinganallur RTO

Address:

RTO Code. TN-14. Office Address. No.275, Old Mahabalipuram Road, (Survey No.494/2A 2), Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119.

I am waiting for the online NOC through Vahan Portal along with 100Rs as Fee.
No one replied yet, Its almost a year already I have applied.
I am complained several times but no solution yet.
I have also visited RTO on September for 2 times, but they have not responded as well.

Solution: I need the NOC ASAP, I don't need refund and all but Please provide me NOC, All needed document if anything needed I can send over email or any digital medium.
