I have been trying to make payment for my addition of class of vehicle in the learner license's application: [protected]. My first attempt was failed, and it's been 1 and half hours since my first attempt and it still is displaying the same message, not letting me complete my payment. I need to make the payment by tomorrow (23rd of june), as i have my slot booked for 24th itself.
