[Resolved]  Rto India — payment is successful from my bank but status showing failed in parivahan

I ajit kumar singh from west bengal rto siliguri has tried to pay the fee of rs 240 for learner license i pay through upi it was successful from my end but in parivahan site it was first showing pending then again i check yesterday it is showing failed... But i didn't receive the refund help me in this regarding...
